Bob, after college at the Citadel in Charleston, SC, served in the commercial and industrial construction industry for thirty years. Bob’s construction expertise is diverse and far-reaching. His projects have included nuclear power plants, manufacturing facilities and multi-story office buildings, home additions and as the father of 3 sons—countless tree houses, basketball courts, zip slides and the like!

   Bob retired from the construction chapter of his life to help Nancy establish and manage NBJ Consulting & Mediation. He is currently serving as Financial & Business Manager for the company. Bob also wears the hat of “Barn Master” for his and Nancy’s Little Hee Haw Farm which keeps boredom far at bay with its multitude of never-ending projects and challenges. He and Nancy have enjoyed building many aspects of their three-barn ranch together with Bob as crew chief and Nancy serving as his not-very-fast, but very enthusiastic construction worker!
